Specialising in cross-functional recruitment for SMEs and growing businesses, I provide comprehensive end-to-end support and consultancy - ideally suited to organisations without an HR team.

My fixed fee pricing model makes recruitment affordable for businesses who historically have found themselves priced out of using a more traditional agency. However, more affordable fees doesn’t mean that quality is compromised. Working within a very clearly defined advertising-based model I have a success rate of 96.9% To compare, industry statistics indicate that currently only between 12% and 15% of job adverts result in a successful hire.

With multi-sector, function and level expertise I work with a broad cross section of organisations from Tech companies to the NHS and across a wide range of functional roles from CEOs to Finance Managers to Software Developers to Project Managers.

Finally, there is only me in the business, so I am accountable for everything within it. None of your work will be outsourced elsewhere and I provide continuity to both you and the candidates throughout the process.

I don’t chase sales, I value customer service above all else and most importantly, have the experience to be able to act as a true consultant to clients. As a result I develop long-term relationships with my clients and provide value for money for those who can’t find value with their current providers.

How does it work?

Providing comprehensive end-to-end recruitment support, I work exclusively on advertising vacancies using the client’s own branding and tightly manage the whole process, which includes:

  • Taking the brief (ideally face-to-face)

  • Writing and placing the advert

  • Reviewing CVs

  • Conducting first interviews

  • Presenting shortlist

  • Arranging client’s interviews,

  • Advising on interview format & questions, when requested

  • Responding to all candidates

  • Providing feedback to all interviewees

  • Making the offer and taking up references

  • Onboarding, if requested.

Regular and timely communication is a key part of the service - a step which is too often overlooked and which bolsters the client’s reputation as a good employer.

What does it cost?

The Fixed-Fee Recruitment Package

  • The fixed fee model means that you will only ever be charged £2,500 per assignment.

  • 50% of the fee is invoiced at the beginning of the assignment and the final 50% a month later

  • If the campaign is unsuccessful the client and I will analyse the reasons why and then, if it is appropriate, we will re-advertise at no further cost

  • If, after interviewing, the client wants to recruit more than one candidate from the campaign, this does not incur another fee. However, volume campaigns are a bespoke service and will need to be agreed in advance

  • The only other additional costs are advertising and reimbursement of any travel costs (both agreed in advance and not always applicable).
