In my career I have never had to hard-sell a contingency candidate nor hustle to win assignments against 5 or 6 other agencies or make X amount of phone calls every day. And this is reflected in how I work today.

I learned my craft in an independent executive search & selection company, where all business development was done by the owner and all assignments were handled on an exclusive basis.

This meant my focus was on finding top flight candidates to fill the briefs and to provide excellent customer service to some very demanding clients.

In over 20 years of commercial experience, I have worked across most sectors, including
